         Org, Centers for Disease Control, our insurance companies, and local governments

         with our team, to prepare them to respond quickly as this situation changes.

    •    We are monitoring the local response and impacts in all communities where we

         operate, so that we are ready for any impact on the employees and customers at

         our Body Shop and adapt as needed to minimize any disruptions to our customers’

         businesses.

    •    We have made sure that contingency plans and added redundancy, so we are ready

         and able to keep all our commitments to you.


At this time, we are operating with no restrictions, and no changes to production or services.
However, the public response to this challenging situation is changing rapidly. As this continues, some impacts to our service may become unavoidable, depending on local conditions and restrictions in our community.
